Sten Boerkamp is responsible for growth and expansion at Voltico, ensuring that as many companies as possible maximize the value of their EV charging sessions, making sustainable choices both simple and financially attractive.

As a booking service provider, Voltico helps companies generate revenue from every EV charging session. Our smart software automates the entire process: from verifying each kWh to registering, claiming, and paying out emission credits (EREs) - fully transparent, compliant, and without any extra administrative burden.

Voltico was founded by brothers Maarten and Edward Poot, known for felyx and Cino. Sten previously worked closely with them at felyx, where he was responsible for expanding and launching shared electric scooters in new cities.

Sten is an implementation expert with extensive knowledge of electric mobility, charging infrastructure, and energy storage.

He lives in Weesp with his wife and two children and enjoys cycling trips in the area. You can often spot him on his racing bike or riding with his children in the cargo bike.
