Guido Broek supports Voltico as Interim Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on accelerating commercial growth and building the foundations required to scale the company in a controlled and sustainable way. He works on the rollout of the Go to Market strategy while simultaneously developing the structures, processes and standardization needed for long term scalability.

Guido brings broad B2B experience, both within and beyond the energy transition, and has worked across multiple start ups and scale ups where he helped build and scale commercial propositions. He sees that there is no shortage of best in class products in the energy transition. The real difference lies in software and technology that enable existing solutions to work together and be used more effectively.

As this shift takes place, the role of marketing evolves as well. Rather than pushing product features, the focus moves towards stimulating behavioral change. By removing complexity and making benefits clear and tangible, adoption increases, scale follows and lasting impact is created.
