At Voltico, we are building the go-to software and trading platform for emission credits (EREs, successors, and international equivalents) related to electric charging. We are a driven team accelerating the energy transition by making complex processes simple, scalable, and compliant.
Our customers include logistics operators, real estate owners, retailers, and other businesses with charging infrastructure and annual electricity consumption of at least 50 MWh. As we onboard our customers and partners and expand, we are ready to scale our commercial engine with focus and discipline.
We are looking for a Head of Sales who will own and drive Voltico’s commercial growth. This is a senior, hands-on role with direct responsibility for revenue, partnerships, and market positioning. You will work closely with the founders and play a central role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy.
Voltico was founded by the entrepreneurs behind Felyx, shared mobility, and Cino, fintech, and combines deep expertise in e-mobility, software, and payments. From Amsterdam, we are building an international platform with strong regulatory foundations.
About the role
We are looking for a working student who will operate as the CEO’s right hand and actively contribute to the day-to-day business. You will support daily operations, project preparation, customer cases, market analysis, and internal coordination. You will work directly with the founders and gain exposure to all aspects of building a technology company within the energy transition.
This is not a passive or observational role. You will take on substantive tasks, real responsibility, and have direct impact on project progress, working from our office in central Amsterdam.
Who we are looking for
Profile
University student (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field, such as economics, business administration, engineering, or law
Strong analytical skills, structured and detail-oriented
Practical mindset and able to switch quickly in a fast-moving environment
Affinity with technology is a plus, including e-mobility, charging infrastructure, solar energy, and battery storage
Strong communicator, hands-on, and well organized
Experience working in a professional environment, with a preference for startup or scale-up experience, is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and professional-level English
Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on customer and partner meetings
Support commercial discussions, including documentation, follow-up, and research
Develop market and competitive analyses
Track progress of ongoing projects and manage deadlines
Create and maintain presentations, reports, and internal dashboards
Contribute to process improvements and the scaling of our operations
Work closely with our team and support commercial phases where needed
Explain the credit system and inform customers or partners about how our platform works
