At Voltico, we are building the go-to software and trading platform for emission credits (EREs, successors, and international equivalents) related to electric charging. We are a driven team accelerating the energy transition by making complex processes simple, scalable, and compliant.

Our customers include logistics operators, real estate owners, retailers, and other businesses with charging infrastructure and annual electricity consumption of at least 50 MWh. As we onboard our customers and partners and expand, we are ready to scale our commercial engine with focus and discipline.

We are looking for a Head of Sales who will own and drive Voltico’s commercial growth. This is a senior, hands-on role with direct responsibility for revenue, partnerships, and market positioning. You will work closely with the founders and play a central role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy.

Voltico was founded by the entrepreneurs behind Felyx, shared mobility, and Cino, fintech, and combines deep expertise in e-mobility, software, and payments. From Amsterdam, we are building an international platform with strong regulatory foundations.

About the role

As Head of Sales, you are responsible for building and executing Voltico’s sales strategy across key customer segments and partner channels. You will:

  • Define and execute Voltico’s B2B sales strategy across target segments such as logistics, real estate, retail, and energy-related partners.

  • Own the full commercial funnel, from lead generation and qualification to closing and handover.

  • Build structure into sales execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, pricing logic, and contract processes.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate distribution and scale, including energy suppliers, installers, and platform partners.

  • Translate Voltico’s value proposition into clear, credible sales narratives for C-level and decision-makers.

  • Work closely with the (tech) team to ensure customer feedback, market signals, and regulatory developments are reflected in the roadmap.

  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and reporting cadence for sales performance.

  • Over time, build and lead a high-performing sales team as volume and complexity increase.

Who we are looking for

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.

  • Proven track record in complex, consultative sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, energy, mobility, fintech, or infrastructure-heavy markets.

  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience with partner-led or indirect sales models is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong commercial judgment. You know where to focus and what not to pursue.

  • Structured and disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.

  • Comfortable with financial models, pricing discussions, and business cases.

  • Clear and direct communicator, able to explain regulatory and technical topics in plain language.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
