At Voltico, we are building the go-to software and trading platform for emission credits (EREs, successors, and international equivalents) related to electric charging. We are a driven team accelerating the energy transition by making complex processes simple, scalable, and compliant.
Our customers include logistics operators, real estate owners, retailers, and other businesses with charging infrastructure and annual electricity consumption of at least 50 MWh. As we onboard our customers and partners and expand, we are ready to scale our commercial engine.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager who supports Voltico’s customers and partners end to end and ensures they capture the full value of their emission credits. You will play a key role within our pioneering scale-up and are responsible for smooth onboarding of new customers, accurate verification of charging data, and high customer satisfaction.
You act as the central point of contact for customers and technical partners throughout the entire journey, from data collection to annual verification and payout of credits. You ensure clear communication between all stakeholders and resolve any issues quickly, enabling customers to move through the process without friction. At the same time, you serve as a trusted sparring partner for both customers and the internal team.
By working closely with our Expansion Lead and technical team, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through onboarding and collect and validate the required data for verification
Build and maintain relationships with customers and technical partners
Coordinate with technical stakeholders to ensure verification of charging points and on-site generation runs through automated processes
Act as the primary point of contact for questions, coordination, and support
Collaborate with the Expansion Lead and support commercial phases where needed
Explain the emission credit system and inform customers and partners about how the platform works
Visit customer sites to gather technical data, gain practical insights into charging infrastructure, and coordinate updates
Who we are looking for
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in an operational, customer-facing B2B role, such as customer success, account management, or customer support
Affinity with technical domains such as e-mobility, charging infrastructure, solar energy, and battery storage
Strong communication skills, hands-on mindset, and structured way of working
Experience using CRM and AI tools to optimise workflows, such as HubSpot
Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing organisation is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English
